Palius + O’Kelley is a business-only CPA firm with a talented team of nine people comprised of CPAs and other professionals that offers exceptional service and valued product to a select list of clients. Our clients are high achieving, profitable, privately owned and operated companies in the small to medium enterprise segment of the economy (clients that have revenue up to $40-50 million).

We are able to offer unparalleled service and response by limiting the types/kinds of assignments we take on. We limit our individual tax practice so we can respond quickly to our business clients’ needs on a year round basis - even in the middle of “tax season”. That means we are available whenever our clients needs us.
