DRIVING DIRECTIONS

From South:

1. Take US-101 North
2. Exit on Patterson Avenue
3. Turn Left onto North Patterson Avenue
4. Turn Left onto Overpass Road at first set of traffic lights
5. Turn into third driveway on the right – there is a large sign displaying
“Creekside Plaza”
6. Drive through the parking lot to the end and make a right
7. Park in one of the Visitor parking spaces
8. Take the stairway to the second floor
9. Turn right at the top of the stairs
10. The office will be in front of you

From North:

1. Take US-101 South
2. Exit on Patterson Avenue
3. Turn Right onto North Patterson Avenue
4. Turn Left onto Overpass Road at first set of traffic lights
5. Turn into third driveway on the right – there is a large sign displaying
“Creekside Plaza”
6. Drive through the parking lot to the end and make a right
7. Park in one of the Visitor parking spaces
8. Take the stairway to the second floor
9. Turn right at the top of the stairs
10. The office will be in front of you

If you need handicapped parking or an elevator:

• When you turn into the third driveway at Creekside Plaza,
there are Disabled parking spots on the right hand side

• Enter the building by the mailboxes, make a right at the
company directory and first left for the elevator

• Exit on the second floor

• Take a right , right again and bear left to POK office on the left
